- crafting quality subject content
- providing social-emotional support
- fostering classroom interaction
- using formative assessment and feedback.
Using the insights from over 150 schools from 40 countries, the report aims to understand the realities of implementing high-quality practices in daily teaching, especially in an education landscape that has undergone substantial recent change – and is still rapidly evolving – and where, despite the changes, improvements in student outcomes have often stagnated.
