Darth is the sweetest rescue cat who has a habit of spending her 9 lives far too quickly. She is 7-years-old but only weighs a tiny 2kg. She is named after Darth Vader because she is such a noisy breather; however, her other nicknames include: Dartholomew, Stink Vader, Stinkerbell, Drizzle and Baby D!

Morty and Thamber (the dynamic duo of mischief!)
From effortlessly swiping cheese off the kitchen counter to showcasing their synchronised ‘zoomie’ skills in the back garden, dogs Morty and Thamber have mastered the art of sneaking off to perform food-based mischief or epic garden destruction.

Animals are a huge part of Inclusion College and people are always amazed we have so many when they visit! Animals are so intuitive and the simple act of stroking them and playing with them can help to regulate and soothe. Caring for them increases responsibility and we even link this to our English and art projects.

Nala (the Queen Cat) and Darth Vader (the Chosen One)
Nala is a majestic Siberian cat who wanders around our house like a Queen. She loves hiding in dark places and will squeeze into the tiniest of spaces. Nala is a creature of habit and loves to be groomed and pampered every morning after breakfast. We’ve nicknamed her ‘The Inspector’ because she loves to inspect and supervise everyone and everything. Nala must have been a teacher in her previous life because she loves to sit on my laptop, rummage through my school bag and sit on my folders. Nala has been great for my mental health – she brings everyone so
much joy.
Darth Vader has a loveable personality, he is cheeky, playful, funny, clumsy and quite silly. Vader is incredibly impatient cat who meows nonstop until he gets what he wants. He stalks Amazon delivery boxes and shopping bags, waiting for them to be emptied, so he can jump inside. He spends all day watching birds and squirrels, running from room to room so he can catch them. He meows constantly when he wants to leave a room and meows incessantly to get back into the same room! He’s a light sleeper who snores loudly but we love him.

‘It’s our world and the humans are just living in it.’ Scooby (dog) likes to start his day with big stretches and demanding cuddles. Hazel is an angel in dog form, only happy when giving love and receiving it.

Harley and Rocco – best friends
Harley and Rocco are the best of friends who love following each other around! They are a massive part of our family and both dogs love as many cuddles on the sofa as they can get!
